Evaluation

Evaluation is an application for android and ios for companies to evaluate their employees. We will also provide them with methods for educating properly their human ressources. In the app, every employee have a profile where the manager could see the employee's performance appraisal of critical skills (hard or soft), his progress through time and suggestions of ways and methods to develop further his talents or overcome his difficulties. Based on these results, the app predict the employee’s future performance using AI.
